Local Businessman , Steve Kahian, will re-open his family Appliance store @ his present Furniture Store location on Route 44 in Middleboro. The original Kahians opened their Appliance and Furniture Store in 1952. Steve will reopen the “Original” KAHIANS INC. This will be a return to the old style Family Friendly KAHIANS INC.
Steve says: His Original Kahians has No affiliation with Kahians Appliance One, which he sold in 1999 to Richard Seawall of Welslley, MA. Steve Kahian Graduated from Middleboro High School. Leo and Steve Kahian will return KAHIANS quality, value and customer appreciation to Middleboro. Locally owned and operated since 1952, we are one of the oldest businesses in Middleboro.
Steve Kahian also owns and operates Kahians Carpet One and Kahians Inc. Furniture and Appliances in Plymouth, MA.

Hi, my name is Casey Sewall, the owner of Kahians ApplianceOne & HDTV. I want to be sure to clear up any confusion there may be regarding our new store location as requested by MiddleboroReview. We did shut down our Middleboro store and moved it to West Bridgewater. Our intent was to stay in the greater area so we could continue to serve Middleboro and surrounding communities.
The new address is 711 West Center Street which is on route 106 at the route 24 intersection. We are located across the street from The Charlie Horse and Lowes. Opening across the street from Lowes has been great for us. We have no problem competing and the foot traffic has been fantastic.
All of our current Middleboro employees and management have moved right along with us. They love being in a brand new building with all new displays for our appliances and HDTV’s. You really have to see this place, its truly spectacular.
Of course we still have our 21,000 square foot superstore in Hanover on rt 53 and our long time store in Plymouth on the old rt 44 at rt 80.
